By employing by hand, machine, or hybrid builds, we’re able to assemble to spec while reducing your costs. And we do it all with an eye on the clock for rapid turn around.

When design changes arise that affect the manufacturability of your product, Sunsel’s precise rework process ensures your boards will meet any new specifications.

We don’t believe a job is done until it’s done right. That’s why we employ a team of highly technical quality assurance specialists who use x-ray and automated optical inspection processes to ensure all specifications were met. We inspect circuit boards to IPC-A-610 standards classes 2 and 3.

Our state-of-the-art testing tools and team of trouble-shooting experts can get to the root of the problem quickly and help reduce your development costs. We’re skilled at using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and National Instruments’ PXI PC-based platform for test measurement and control. We’re also equipped with a tempest room for radio frequency testing.

As part of our value added service line-up, we also provide robotic conformal coatings, system integration/box build, custom cable assemblies, design outsourcing, and potting.
